Guests Marjorie One week of top dinning and service sprinkled with extremely well done excursions, great massages and great friends. The Mixture of excursions was just right. We are all relaxed and ready to go home and plan our next trip abroad the Marjorie II. The exceptionally attentive staff and beautiful landscape complimented the delicious food. We were pampered completely and will eagerly look forward to joining aboard the Marjorie again!! For the past 21 years Nickey and I have traveled 85% of the World. Marjorie II exceeded our expectations in every way. The barge itself is luxurious. The food & wine were outstanding. We had all the biking, walking & photo opportunities that we could have wanted. The excursions to chateaus & cathedrals, small French villages, wine cellars & chocolatiers were all terrific. Our guide knew the answer to all our questions. Our journals are bursting with stories and memories. This is the only way we can travel at our advanced age but we will be back, time and time again. We returned for another memorable cruise. The boat, the staff, the activities and especially the food & wine are superb. Best food - Best service - Best tour guide - And we're traveled a lot, all over the world. We want to come back next week!! This was an opportunity to forget time, as an ever-changing landscape filled with old world charm passed by. Day's consisted of enjoying exceptional food & wine, excursions through beautiful towns and being pampered by the staff. No detail was overlooked. This was the most enjoyable holiday we have taken and surpassed our expectations in all ways. The perfect vacation is the Marjorie, which is why we returned for a second time.
